Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the TOP PROG software and website.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, activating or using TOP PROG (the "software") or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Licence

TOP PROG is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, per-user licence to use the software, activated online and bound to you. You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software or your licence without our written permission.

3. Tokens & payment

  • Operations consume tokens; different operations may consume different amounts.
  • Purchased tokens do not expire. Tokens are only deducted for successful operations.
  • Except where required by law, token purchases are non-refundable once used.

4. Acceptable use

TOP PROG is intended for professional workshop use. You are solely responsible for using it lawfully and only on vehicles you own or are authorised to service. You must not use the software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in the software, including its code, interface and content, remain with TOP PROG and its licensors. Third-party trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vehicle programming carries inherent risk; you are responsible for taking backups and ensuring a stable power supply during operations. See our Disclaimer for more.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOP PROG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for damage to vehicles, systems or data arising from use or misuse of the software.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using the software.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
