  • Licence & activation data — licence status, token balance and a device identifier used to bind your per-user licence and prevent misuse.
  • Usage data — records of operations performed for token accounting and troubleshooting.
  • Support messages — the content of messages you send us.

2. How we use it

We use this information to provide and activate licences, account for token usage, deliver support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the software.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not store your full payment-card details. Those providers process your payment data under their own privacy policies.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as payment and hosting providers), or where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Communication with our services uses encryption in transit (HTTPS), and access to data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
